Use of the Demecto 70 in basements:
The reasons for excessive humidity in basement rooms can have various causes, such as rising damp, lack of/bad ventilation or burst pipes. In order to counteract the resulting effects, the use of a drying device is recommended. The Demecto 70 is very well suited for this purpose. Reasons for this include effective dehumidification even at cooler temperatures, a very high dehumidification performance but also the possibility of permanent drainage via a drainage hose. Even after the actual dehumidification task has been completed, the room dehumidifier is used for preventive dry maintenance.
Use of the Demecto 70 in building drying:
In construction drying, a dehumidifier often has to deal with large, open rooms from which a large amount of moisture/water has to be removed. In order to cope with this task, a drying device requires a high dehumidification capacity as well as a high air circulation.
With a dehumidification capacity of up to 75 litres/day and two powerful fan stages, the Comedes dehumidifier meets these criteria with flying colours.
