Complete filter set consisting of 2 combination filter elements (antibacterial pre-filter+HEPA element and activated carbon+catalytic filter).
Antibacterial pre-filter:
The antibacterial pre-filter is used to filter coarse indoor air contaminants such as larger particles, hair and dust fluff.
This first step of air filtration increases the lifetime of the HEPA element.
The pre-filter can be easily vacuumed for cleaning.
HEPA element:
- Filters pollen, house dust, spores and other particles from indoor air
- Mechanical filtration and particle binding through adhesive forces
Activated carbon/photocatalytic filter:
This filter combination is composed of granulated activated carbon and a catalytic filter.Activated carbon has a highly porous structure and thus also a very large surface area. This filter element can be used to remove odours and various organic and chemical compounds from the room air, among other things.The catalytic filter also serves to reduce odours and various compounds.The filters of an air purifier must be checked and replaced regularly. Only in this way is it possible to achieve a consistently good air purification result.
